Loan paid through my account, but cash central won't credit funds.
On 6/2/2023 funds went through my bank debited by Cash Central. Cash Central's records do not reflect this transaction.
I sent a pdf to cash central from my bank with my name, Monica Loadholt, the bank name, my account number, the date of the transaction, and transaction amount to Cash Central who refused the statement because it did not have a running balance. I believe they are being unreasonable. I have done everything humanly possible to rectify this account. The bank is sending me a statement which they say should satisfy Cash Central's requirements.
Suppose it doesn't? An account representative suggests that I make the payment again.
Really? They should be able to process my payment with the information provided.
